Who We Are

Elevatenow was founded by two specialists who spent decades inside insurance organizations, leading AI and data transformations from pilot to production at scale. We know what it takes to earn trust in a regulated, complex industry. We built Elevatenow to address the gaps most AI vendors overlook.
We exist to make AI in insurance trustworthy, governed, and durable. Every product we ship is grounded in the actual workflows of underwriters, claims professionals, and compliance teams, built to meet the audit and explainability standards those roles demand.
We're building a governed intelligence layer between a carrier's systems of record and its AI-powered experiences: one that certifies data, encodes institutional knowledge, and runs agents that are observable, composable, and auditable.
Leadership
The founders
Vinod spent over 20 years on the carrier side, leading enterprise AI and data programs from within, not from the outside. He drove cloud and analytics transformation at scale, established a Gen-AI Accelerator for a large carrier, and chaired product councils across technology and data organizations. He built Elevatenow to solve the infrastructure problems he ran into repeatedly as a buyer of AI technology: uncertified data, ungoverned knowledge, and unauditable decisions.
Sudeep spent 25 years inside large carriers building and scaling AI and Insurtech capabilities across underwriting and claims. He led transformations from concept to production and experienced firsthand what it takes when AI decisions need to be explained to regulators, defended in audits, and trusted by the underwriters and adjusters making them. That experience is embedded in every product Elevatenow ships.
